After launching their futuristic gaming homeware in China back in February, IKEA and ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) are finally hitting start on the US market. The collaboration sees sleek ergonomic furniture and accessories that are just as functional for people in work-from-home setups as they are for pro gamers; after all, bad posture, wrist aches, and the tendency to spill drinks are things that impact most people.
The cyberpunk lineup comprises over 30 “tailor-made” gaming desks, chairs, storage, and smaller essentials that serve as secret weapons—they offer you the comfort and convenience you need to strike enemies from your battle station. “Products that offer better ergonomics help gamers excel at what they do without wearing out their bodies—become better athletes, basically,” notes IKEA designer Jon Karlsson in a news release.
While IKEA didn’t specify much about the incoming range, we can gather several details from its past international rollouts.

For starters, there’s a spacious gaming desk with six adjustable heights to keep your display at a comfortable line of sight. A metal mesh panel at the back helps to dissipate heat, while a dedicated cup holder prevents splashes. The entire structure is splashed in a single tone—either black or white—so you can stay focused on the screen.

Meanwhile, an adjustable gaming chair keeps the user cool and comfortable with its flexible mesh neck and back contours.
A gaming-friendly storage solution to expect from this alliance is a drawer unit on wheels, doubling as a bar cart to hold your drinks. There’s a snack compartment at the top, as well as drawers for small and bulky items, a cable management area, and a hook to hang headsets.
Then there are cool pegboard panels that not only prevent dust from accumulating in your gaming space but can also be accessorized with LED lighting strips to give it a futuristic feel.
Accessories include a neck pillow; headset stand; a mouse bungee; and a two-in-one ring lamp with a phone holder, both adjustable with flexible stems to record live streams at the best angles.
