Samsung Galaxy S20, S20 Plus, and S20 Ultra release date

If youre not in the first wave of markets, youll need to wait a few weeks after March 6 to get your hands on it.
Samsung Galaxy S20, S20 Plus, S20 Ultra price and availability
The standard Samsung Galaxy S20 price is $999, with the price going as high as $1,499 for the top-tier Ultra device. You can buy the Samsung Galaxy S20, S20 Plus, and S20 Ultra right now on Samsung.com. Read on for some promotional deals Samsung is doing.
If you have a phone you are willing to trade in, Samsung will pay you more money than usual if you upgrade to an S20 device. High-end phones such as the Galaxy Note 10 Plus and iPhone 11 Pro Max will earn you $700 to put towards a Galaxy S20 phone. Older phones will get you much less, but its definitely worth checking to see what your device is worth before hitting the Buy button.
As a special treat for South Korean buyers, their Galaxy S20 pre-order will come with a free gift: the Samsung Galaxy Home Mini. This smart speaker is currently unavailable anywhere else in the world and Samsung doesnt seem too keen to even talk about it at large events like Galaxy Unpacked.
